I provide specialist neuro physiotherapy and home rehabilitation in Romford, Essex, Brentwood, Harold Wood, and nearby areas.
I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2005 and completed my Master’s degree at the University of Hertfordshire in 2015. I have worked across hospitals, clinics, the NHS, and private practice, helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and improve mobility.
I specialise in neurological physiotherapy, including stroke rehab, Parkinson’s disease, MS, brain injury, spinal cord injury, balance issues, and walking difficulties.
I also support patients with MSK physiotherapy, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, back pain, joint pain, and chronic pain. My treatment plans are clear, personal, and built around your goals, helping you feel supported, confident, and safe throughout your recovery at home.
For patients living with Parkinson’s, MS, or recovering from a stroke, simply getting out the door can consume all the energy needed for actual rehabilitation. The physical toll of arranging transport, enduring the journey, and navigating clinic waiting rooms often leaves you exhausted before therapy even begins.
That is why intensive, specialized neuro-physiotherapy should happen where you feel safest. By bringing expert care directly to your living room, we remove the overwhelming barrier of travel—allowing you to focus 100% of your energy on what truly matters: your recovery.

Specialized, intensive therapy designed for complex neurological conditions, empowering you to regain independence safely in your own space.
Traveling to a clinic can be exhausting. We bring expert physiotherapy directly to your living room, care home, or nursing facility.

Targeted interventions for sports injuries, joint pain, and post-operative recovery to help you move freely again.
When the doctors delivered the devastating news that he would never walk again, the path forward seemed impossible. But true neuro-rehabilitation is about finding new pathways, both in the brain and in life.
Over the course of two years of personalized physiotherapy delivered entirely at home. Today, he isn't just standing, he is walking. This is the profound impact of dedicated, expert care.
Monica arrived at her session unable to even move her neck, her muscles locked in a cycle of intense pain. In rehabilitation, sometimes the most profound changes happen when we release that immediate tension.
After a single, targeted treatment session, the transformation was night and day. She left not only with her full range of motion restored but feeling lighter and completely revitalized.
Joel came to us in constant agony, his body stiffened by the physical toll of long hours at a desk. When he started, he could hardly move, let alone walk comfortably.
Through a personalized program focused on pelvic alignment and core strengthening, we worked to "straighten out" the imbalances. Today, Joel is walking taller, feeling stronger, and living without the extreme pain that once held him back.
We are accepting new patients now. We specialize in bringing expert neuro-physiotherapy directly to your home in Essex, Romford, and surrounding areas.
